By employing cutting edge technology and comprehensive material research, evaluation, and testing procedures, we produce high-quality chromate-free coating products for use in military and commercial applications.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing efforts and strategic promotion of Elinor products, services, and brand identity to effectively communicate with internal and external groups. Travel may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

Communication Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute effective internal and external communications strategies for Elinor.

  • Create compelling and informative communications materials including: briefs, corporate profiles, and executive speeches.

  • Publish Elinor Coatings messaging through a range of channels including social media, websites, and press releases.

  • Research and report on government industry trends and developments.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products, services, and communication materials conform to Elinor’s brand identity.

  • Coordinate with our Graphic Design team to create compelling and informative marketing materials including: customer presentations, brochures, videos, photo library, advertising copy, and digital/print content.

  • Lead and collaborate with the Sales team to stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and research developments, while executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Communications or Marketing experience is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

  • Experience with multi-media production in a business-to-business and business-to-government market preferred.

  • Proven ability to identify and pursue relevant media and press opportunities.

  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Exceptional skills in public speaking and written communication.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
