About the Role
Employee Engagement, Talent Development & Organizational Growth
This role leads the people-focused initiatives that drive a high‑performing, engaged, and growth‑ready organization. The position is responsible for strengthening company culture, improving the employee experience, and ensuring the business has the talent pipeline and organizational structure needed to scale.
Responsabilidades
Employee Engagement:
Design and implement strategies that improve engagement, morale, and retention. Lead surveys, feedback loops, recognition programs, communication initiatives, and manager enablement efforts that build strong employee relationships and trust.
Training & Development:
Create and oversee a comprehensive learning and development framework, including onboarding, skills training, leadership development, and career pathways. Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and deliver programs that support individual and team growth.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for both current and future needs. Build strong employer branding, streamline hiring processes, improve candidate experience, and ensure consistent selection practices. Support workforce planning and forecasting. Manage the summer and academic year internship program.
Organizational Growth & Role Definition:
Work closely with leaders to define and refine job roles, competencies, and team structures as the company scales. Develop job descriptions, leveling guides, and succession plans. Provide strategic HR guidance to support expansion initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain strong HR processes, systems, and compliance practices. Support policy development, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Continuously evaluate HR workflows and policies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Requisitos
Minimum Education/Experience
5 years of HR experience required
Associate’s degree in human resources management or related field
Preferred Education/Experience
10+ years of HR experience
SHRM-CP or PHR
Bachelor’s Degree

Strong foundation in HR operations, compliance, documentation, and systems, ensuring consistency and reliability as the company scales.
